What are my shipping options?

When your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days, Standard Shipping and Free Shipping: $8 (Free for orders over $350) Standard shipping is free for orders over the Free Shipping amount (over $350). Discount is automatically applied at checkout.

During peak seasons and promotions, delivery time may be slightly longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express Shipping Time: 7-20 business days, Express Shipping $20 During peak seasons and promotions, delivery time may be slightly longer.

United States: We ship orders to all 50 states (and Washington, DC) in the United States from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/ FPO/DPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

Our delivery times start from the moment an order is accepted and include a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this may take longer for promotional sales.

Once your order has been packed, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your delivery destination and are itemized on the checkout page. Please make sure to select your location to see correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping charges.

Item Prices Include Taxes

We ship to all regions on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
